4. in other words this means that there are certain advantages that can be achieved when using social networks such as :

• reciprocity 
• trust
• cooperation

this creates value for people who are connected to each other through social networks.

    2.  Digital citizenship can be defined as the norms of proper , responsible etiquette when using technology .

• a digital citizen can strengthen their social capital by engaging and collaborating in social media tools such as facebook , youtube ,twitter ,etc. this will also increase their social communication skills ,digital literacy and psychological well-being , as this gives us the feeling of respect and connection through engagement with others .
